Spiritual people - they sense that they are God’s heirs, that they are is rich as He
Spiritual people who have a vast and enlightened consciousness are as rich as the Lord Himself, for they sense that they are children of God, His heirs. On the other hand, materialists, who do not know that they are God’s heirs, think that they are heirs only to their father, uncles or grandfathers—and that is not much. Spiritual people are those who feel that they are God’s heirs and that this inherited wealth lies in their consciousness. As long as you fail to see things this way, you will be poor and miserable. You will say, ‘Heirs of the Lord, indeed! What lies and illusions are these?’ None whatsoever. Once your consciousness begins to be enlightened, you will feel that you are truly the Lord’s heirs. If you cannot feel this for the moment, it is because you are still captivated by the material dimension, you are still counting only on what your flesh and blood parents can bequeath to you. You need to move beyond such a narrow understanding.
