Life - sensing it throughout the universe; purifying and harmonizing it within you
The task of a spiritual Master is to teach his disciples to sense the life throughout the universe, and to be in communion with its purest and most intense aspects. This is why I lead you towards the sun. If you know how to look at the sun, how to think of it and how to love it, you can reach the higher levels of life. In this way you will create a new current in all the cells of your organs, which will begin to function more harmoniously. And as you yourself become more vibrant and expressive, you will gradually gain the love and esteem of others. Because the only thing human beings are really looking for is life. Yes, what a cruel truth this is! Take a woman who adored her husband. He meant everything to her; she admired his looks, his strength and his intelligence. Then one day he dies, so what does she do? Does she stay by his side? No, she says, ‘Bury him.’ As soon as life departs, she detaches herself from him, for we cannot hold on to something once the life has gone out of it. So think about this, and strive constantly to purify and harmonize the life within you.
