Doubt - how to conquer the Doubt in oneself
In this long and exacting endeavour that is spiritual work, the work on oneself, doubt can creep in and sow discord. Faced with the immensity of the task, the length of the path to be travelled, and the obstacles to be overcome, we sometimes wonder what adventure we have thrown ourselves into and whether, in fact, we have the qualities necessary to achieve any results whatsoever. At one time or another in your life, each of you will be faced with this terrible self-doubt which little by little threatens to bring you down. But whatever your reasons for self-doubt, there is only one thing that will prevent this poison from destroying you: the awareness that within you lives a being who is all-powerful, all-knowing and all-loving and, that by linking yourself with this being, by relying on it, you can continue to build your inner self.
