Evil - don’t fight it but strengthen yourself

When the elements are raging outside, you don't go out to do battle with them. And in anticipation of winter you know that there is only one thing to do: take care of your house, that is to say, fill in the cracks, replace broken tiles, put in good insulation... Once the house is made secure, consolidated, your mind is at rest. Since you are so well aware of what to do in respect of the forces of nature, why are you not more aware when it comes to the forces of evil? You haven't taken any precautions, and yet you think you can fight evil and win, but it's you who will be the loser. Instead of fighting evil, you must make yourself stronger so as to be able to resist better, understand better and take better action. Archangel Michael himself did not destroy evil - it is written in Revelations; he did not kill the dragon but merely put it in chains. So how can human beings, who are so much less powerful than Archangel Michael, believe they will succeed in destroying evil by fighting it?
