Goal (unattainable) - setting ourselves one in order to remain alive

What is wonderful about the science of sages and initiates is that the perspectives it offers are infinite. We will never reach the goal. Yes, that is what is exciting: knowing there will always be something to discover, something to achieve. For some, it is the opposite: they say to themselves, ‘It’s so long! It takes so long to get any results! I give up’. And they choose a goal they will be able to achieve in a few years. They achieve it, it’s true, and they are happy: they have finally got what they were hoping for. But how is it they do not realize that, in a way, they themselves are ‘finished’ too, because they went in search of something finite! Only those who have understood that they have to seek what is infinite and without limits, beyond time and space, will continue to feel alive, because true life is immensity, eternity. So do not take refuge in what is attainable, limited: embrace what is infinite, and your joy will also be infinite. Your whole being will open up and be full of light and strength.
