Health - as with food, properly chew the sun’s rays

It is not necessary to eat a huge amount in order to be in good health, but rather to assimilate your food well. And to assimilate food properly, you must chew it long enough to absorb all the elements it contains. Tell yourselves that the energy contained in a mouthful of bread is enough to send a train of a hundred carriages around the earth three times. So why does the train that you are go only a few yards with one mouthful? It is because you do not know how to extract all the energy contained in that one mouthful. The same applies to the sun as it does to food. Try to learn to store up the sun’s rays by means of your thoughts, for if you simply let them pass you by without doing anything, they will remain unused and ineffective. But if you consciously capture them and compress them within yourself, you open doors for them in your brain, and they pass through like fiery whirlwinds, nourishing your spiritual centres.*
