Judging - we can see others only through our own eyes

As they themselves are dishonest, sly and wicked, many people cannot believe that there is such a thing as an honest, sincere and good person. Yes, they judge others according to their own nature and that is why they are always suspicious. Whereas those who are noble and unselfish find it difficult to see wickedness, betrayal or treachery because they also see others according to their own qualities. Human beings can see only through their own eyes, and what their eyes see is shaped by their own thoughts, feelings, desires and inclinations. If you meet people who talk only about the faults of others, be aware that in fact these faults belong to the speakers themselves; for if they were noble, good, honest and, above all, loving, they would find those same qualities reflected in others too.*
