Life - how to make it full and rich
You will only know how rich and full your life can be if you think of harmonizing it with the divine life. Gradually, all heaven's knowledge and virtues will come to settle within you. Life - nothing is more important, because it holds the potential for every possible development. Take a man possessed of the greatest talents: if he happens to faint, it is as if he now had nothing; revive him and all his abilities return. People can do their best to develop their gifts, but if they are not concerned in the first place with nurturing the life within, they will lose everything. Unfortunately, it is never life that people are concerned about. They want to obtain any kind of pleasure, and to do so they not only fritter away their life, their most precious possession, they also sever their link with the divine life. And there is no path that will lead more surely first to their spiritual death and then to their physical death.
