Perfection - work always towards one’s Perfection

To improve oneself is a difficult undertaking, and many abandon the work when they see what slow progress they are making, whereas others become so disappointed with themselves that they fall into despair. Well, the first are weak and lazy, and the others are proud. Why lose hope when you see that you are far from living up to the magnificent image that you have of yourself. You must be humble and say: ‘Alright, you are not successful this time, and maybe you will not succeed next time, but that is no reason to stop striving.' You must never lose the desire to progress. It is not the end of the world if you fall down, but each time you must make the effort to get up again. In all circumstances of life, what is most important is to hold onto the desire to improve oneself. Since the idea of perfection is an inseparable part of human existence, there are always improvements to be made.
