Social inequalities - linked to past incarnations

In order to understand and properly address the problems of social inequality, it is important to know that the conditions in which people find themselves in one incarnation are the result of the way they lived in their previous incarnations. Workers who are struggling to make a living may revolt and ask, ‘Why such injustice?’ And their bosses, who find it normal to be well off, and even to live in luxury, do everything they can to retain their privileges. But what neither party knows is that very often, workers who now suffer and complain were once unjust, inhuman bosses, which is why in this incarnation they have been placed in conditions where they must now learn to appreciate the difficulties of former employees. So, bosses must now say to themselves, ‘I have the good fortune to enjoy wealth and power in this life, but if I treat my employees unfairly, I shall suffer the consequences in the next life. Lord, help me to make my employees happier.’ And there is nothing to prevent employees from praying for their boss to be more enlightened; perhaps they will then reap some benefits.*
