Spirit - it must impregnate our food so as to penetrate the matter of our body
The spirit is the supreme creative principle. Everything that exists stems from the spirit and is animated by the spirit, but not everything is spirit. Our body for instance possesses something of the spirit, but it is far from possessing all the powers and qualities of the spirit. If we want it to be increasingly imbued by elements of the spirit, it is up to us to work in that direction. When we eat for example, we must do so in such a way that the spirit participates in what we are doing and impregnates our food, and through our food, the physical matter of our bodies. Food contains life, but it does not of itself possess the spirit. It is up to us when we eat to concentrate on our food so as to introduce the spirit into it, for the presence of the spirit adds elements so new that everything within us is transformed, resuscitated and made beautiful.
