Spring, A - because it flows continuously, nothing can spoil it
Meditate on the image of the spring, this crystal-clear water gushing from the earth and flowing continuously. Even if someone throws some rubbish into it, the current carries it away. It is because the water is constantly flowing that the spring remains forever crystal clear, alive and pure. So take the spring as your example, allow life and love to surge up inside you, and you will always be protected. You won’t feel negative influences, criticism or spitefulness. You won’t notice when someone has tried to blacken your name or harm you, for you will repel all the negative things that happen to you, just as a spring does.
