Sun - a reservoir of cosmic energies
You feel weak and have no desire for anything… Don’t remain doing nothing. Tell yourself you can draw on energies from the cosmic reservoir at any time. But, of course, the most propitious time is in the morning, at sunrise. As you look at the sun, concentrate on all the cells of your body, until they vibrate as one with the solar spirit. Gradually you will feel you are receiving not only energy but also true knowledge, a knowledge that will ensure you always remain fully alive. Once you have begun to communicate this powerful vibration to your cells, you must no longer allow yourself to stagnate; strive to preserve the momentum.
