Sun, the - nourishing our subtle bodies at sunrise
All religions speak of a potion for immortality, which the alchemists have called the elixir of immortal life. It is true that this elixir can be found on the physical plane, but not just anywhere; it is found only in the most subtle and pure regions. If some initiates recommend going to the sunrise, it is because this is the most favourable time of day to drink this ambrosia, which the sun distributes everywhere and whose particles are received by the whole of creation – by rocks, plants, animals and humans alike. You must all feed your physical bodies; this is necessary, but it is not enough. You must learn to nourish your subtle bodies, and the food of the subtle bodies is light.
