Life is full of unexpected events, and so often you are …

Life is full of unexpected events, and so often you are disconcerted and unsettled by these events! You are incapable of adapting, because you’re a slave to your habitual ways of thinking, feeling and acting. But life itself is unimpressed by your habits and way of life: it flows, displacing people and objects; it pushes them around if they don’t adapt. Of course, we must know how to adapt and what to adapt to. Not all the great changes taking place in the world today are that wonderful, so we shouldn’t accept everything. What we must accept is the as yet imperceptible new life coming from the heavenly regions, waves that are being sent to us by the stars, that pass through certain of the earth’s centres before being distributed over its entire surface. So, at the moment, this new life exists only on the spiritual plane, but one day it will appear on the physical plane in ways that are so manifest, so obvious, that everyone will be forced to see and feel that something has changed. And those who are not prepared for this change will experience terrible suffering.
