Your cells will not obey you until you learn to master yourself. They must sense that you are the boss before they submit to your orders. We often hear that yogis in the forests of India can meditate for hours without being harmed by wild animals. This is because the animals sense that these yogis have attained self-mastery and they respect them. All creatures have an innate sense of hierarchy. Even wild beasts can sense your degree of evolution and so your cells all the more so, as they can be likened to tiny intelligent animals.
