Illness - ridding ourselves of accumulated wastes
Many forms of illness are simply an accumulation of foreign elements that the body has been unable to eliminate. In order to be cured you have to get rid of them. Cleansing, therefore, is one of the most effective ways of keeping healthy. But there is something even more important than cleansing, and that is vigilance in choosing which elements to absorb. The reason it is so important to harvest the particles the sun brings us every morning is that they are the only ones that produce no wastes, no impurities in our organism. Everything we eat, drink and breathe always leaves some waste. Of course, this must not stop us from eating, drinking and breathing. But at the same time we must learn to nourish ourselves with a far superior element – sunlight.*
