For those who wander away from the centre, from the Source, from the Lord, the situation becomes increasingly complicated, until it is inextricable. For as soon as they begin to veer off course, to stray from the light and transgress laws, claiming it makes them feel free and independent, all they are really doing is fettering themselves, even if they don’t see it at the time. Let’s take an image. During the summer, the sun shone, the weather was hot and life was very simple. But now winter is approaching; we have to provide for heating and lay in supplies; we need more clothing, more lighting. And then there’s the fog, the snow and ice, communications aren’t as good, and there’s a greater risk of accidents. So, with less light and less heat, everything becomes more difficult.
