So many men and women have committed suicide despite, as they say, ‘having it all’: youth, beauty, intelligence, wealth, a loving family and friends. They had everything, that is, except the one thing that is essential: an appetite for life, the desire to live. None of their assets could give them that. So, it is in your head that something first needs to be changed; it is within yourselves that you must look for happiness. For, once you have learned to be happy inwardly, you will always be happy whatever the circumstances. Even in the worst possible conditions, you will still be able to communicate with heavenly entities and feel yourself fulfilled and overflowing with light. If the cause of your happiness is within you, nothing and nobody will ever be able to take it away from you. The day you begin to see things this way will mark the beginning of your liberation, your immortality and your eternity.
