Wood, iron, stone… Matter on the physical plane is hard, resistant, and all kinds of tools are required to work it. How different it is from matter in the psychic world! The moment a thought goes into action, this matter takes the form the thought intended to give it. Even if man is not aware of it, this is a reality: his thoughts endlessly mould and shape psychic matter, giving it all kinds of forms. But since this subtle matter lacks the power to assert itself here on the physical plane, it passes through it without affecting it. If it is to act on people and things, it must be condensed. And this is possible: one who works long enough on his mental creations so that they descend to the astral plane – the plane of the emotions – and even adds particles of his own etheric matter to them is capable of clothing these thought-forms in physical matter.
