Every good or bad thought, feeling or action is recorded within you. Of course it is impossible to avoid some negative recordings; but at least, be conscious and careful, and as soon as you notice that you have recorded something bad, react at once and try to correct the situation.
You had some bad thought or feeling for someone, you said some cutting words, you have been unfair, well, try to be aware of it and put it right. At present, you will often not be able to do more, but at least, do it. Some people do nothing, really nothing, to change a negative thought, feeling or action; they are not even aware of what they have done. How can they make progress? Anyone can make mistakes, this is not a criminal offence. What is serious is to be constantly unaware of our mistakes for, in order to mend our ways, we must at least be aware of what we do.
