The image of the summit is one of the most luminous representations of what our spiritual development should be. The summit is the goal to be attained, the most elevated point upon which we must fix our sights and toward which we must direct all our energies. This is why it is important that we pay attention to all that is reminiscent of the summit, and particularly to the mountains. For mountains can be much more than places we go to breathe pure air, relax, or engage in sports; they also have their place in spiritual exercises. Whenever you have the opportunity, try to make contact with the mountain peaks. Even if you live far away from them, stretch out your hand towards them, greet the entities who live there, and ask them to draw you to them so that you may enter into their purity and their light. In this way, you will learn to form connections with the summits of the highest mountains, and you will receive from them the best nourishment for your soul and your spirit.
