Light is the matter of creation, and, although it is diffused everywhere throughout space and impregnates everything, humans do not see it. They do not sense it, because they are not yet spiritually developed enough to perceive such a subtle reality; they still have a great deal of work to do in this respect. Those who habitually concentrate on light refine their perceptions to such an extent they begin not only to sense it but to attract it to themselves. You say you do not know what subjects to meditate on? Concentrate on the light, feel that you are attracting it, bringing it into your whole being, and then all the old particles of your body will be gradually replaced with new, pure, luminous particles. Never stop seeking the light; it is the only thing capable of restoring perfect harmony within you. By doing this exercise you are working for your salvation.
