Connection - with the divine Principle: returning to it as often as possible
Whether you are at home, in the street, at a meeting, in a dentist's waiting room, reading, singing, eating, working or travelling, think of reconnecting, for a few seconds at least, with the cosmic Centre, the Source, the universal Sun, before continuing with what you were doing. No other habit is as valuable. You will say, 'I do this, but I'm not aware that it's produced any great changes in me.' Don't ask for great changes straightaway; only ask to be able to do this exercise, which takes you away for a moment from the weight of the earth and connects you to the vastness of space. During such moments, you are in touch with the power of the divine Principle. What more do you need?
