'That which is Below corresponds to that which is Above …
'That which is Below corresponds to that which is Above ...' says Hermes Trismegistus. Therefore, if the true order of things were respected on earth, those who are poor inwardly should also be poor on the outside and those who are rich inwardly should also be so on the outside. Like the Lord who possesses all the riches of the universe because He possesses all the qualities and virtues. Here on earth, however, we find that this order no longer exists, but since this law is absolute, one day everyone will get what they deserve, in other words those who are rich in intelligence, goodness and nobleness will also possess all the corresponding outer riches and those who do not possess those qualities will be subjected to a state of privation. It will of course not be human beings who will re-establish this order; they do not know who is deserving and who is not. It will be Cosmic Intelligence, because the law of correspondences is an immutable law in the universe.
