The shortest distance from A to B is in a straight line; this is common knowledge. But should we always follow this straight line? When you want to cross a town for instance, it would be very difficult to travel in a straight line without bumping into buildings, cars, and pedestrians. In the same way, in this vast territory that is life, where a multitude of creatures scurry around, it is rare to be able to reach your goal directly without coming across interests directly contrary to your own. It is therefore preferable sometimes to travel in a curved line, in other words in an indirect way, taking a course free of obstacles. And since there are always good and bad times for doing things, you should also wait for the right moment. So, if you want to realize your projects, it is best not to force things all at once, but to show patience, flexibility, and good psychology. This is what I mean by following a curved line.
