However, in the long term, the only means that are permanently effective are spiritual ones. If you learn how to organize your life from the point of view of the soul and spirit, it will take you years, but in the long run you will succeed in establishing order and harmony, even on the physical plane. All material phenomena have their origin above, and the physical body obeys; it shapes and fashions itself according to the directives it receives from our thoughts and feelings and even our soul and spirit. As we are living on the physical plane, we cannot neglect the means of the physical plane; but at the same time we must give priority to the spirit, to thought, in the knowledge that doing so will one day bring about great transformations, even on the physical plane.
