Where do you seek your future? Your future is the sun: one day you will become like the sun, for the earth itself will one day resemble its father, the sun. The earth is a child of the sun; it emerged from its womb. The sun launched it, but continues to nourish and educate it so that it may learn to give as the sun gives. So far, although it has produced some vegetation and a little fruit, the earth is very far from having learned to give as generously as the sun. So, it must continue to watch and study the sun, and listen to the sun’s words that say to it, ‘You must learn to give; you must learn to shine as I do!’ You will say, ‘Yes, but is the sun speaking to us as well?’ Of course, the earth and human beings have the same origin, and also share the same destiny. Every human being is a little earth, and each of these earths must one day become like the sun.
