The Creator has given us a spirit and a body, but not with the intention that they co-exist as strangers, or even worse, as adversaries. A true spiritualist is one who learns to purify his physical body so that the spirit, finding a clear field, is gradually able to impregnate it with its quintessence to the point of becoming visible and tangible.
