There is a link between thought and action, but it is …

There is a link between thought and action, but it is between emotion and action that the link is strongest. Why does the feeling of love or anger immediately work its way to the physical plane? Whether you like it or not, your gestures reflect what you are feeling. When you love someone, you are instinctively moved to smile at, caress and kiss your loved one. When you are angry with someone, you must take pains not to look daggers at him or lash out with a smack. Every emotion is expressed through specific gestures. And this also works in reverse: if you look as if you are filled with wonder, you will end up truly being so; if you look as if you are disgusted, soon you will be. Just as your emotions motivate certain gestures, your gestures bring about corresponding emotions. You should be aware of these laws so that you can put them to work in your daily life.
