Some people, when they feel tense or about to lose patience, leave the house saying they are ‘going for a walk’ or ‘getting some air’. Something warns them that, if they don’t go elsewhere, the situation will become explosive. Sometimes, just drinking a glass of water or eating a piece of fruit is enough to change one’s inner state. Yes, knowing how to make a shift is a whole science in itself. How often you allow yourself to get disturbed by trivial inconveniences!
