If you fight against your sexual urges with willpower alone, you will lose the battle. To master your sexual energy, you must call on celestial entities; in other words, you need to have a high ideal, a tremendous love of perfection, purity and beauty. So it is not easy; it is a science in itself. If you do not have a high ideal, if you have no desire to live the divine life, the perfect life, do not fight your sexual urges, for they will overwhelm you. Repression is not the solution to the problem of sexuality. Repression is simply the refusal to give sexual energy its natural outlet, without an idea in mind capable of working on a higher plane.
