Eating a lot will not ensure you of better health. To eat a lot is, on the contrary, very harmful. More important than the quantity is the quality of your food and, above all, the way you eat. Even if you somewhat reduce the quantity, if you learn to eat consciously and lovingly, you will be getting more energy from it. Someone who, during meals, can free his mind and focus his attention on the food so as to penetrate it with rays of love, effects a separation of matter and energy: the matter disintegrates while the energy enters his body and becomes available to him. The same processes are used in a thermonuclear station. If man really knew how to eat, only a few mouthfuls would suffice; he would get enough energy to move the whole universe.
