This is why among the five virtues – love, wisdom, truth, goodness and justice – it is truth that is linked to the eyes. You say you are looking for truth? Can you not see it right there in front of you, in the form of the sun? While you continue to search for it in the darkness, the sun continues to shine. Try to realize at last what it is saying to you: ‘Look at me, try to become like me. I will come and live in you, and you will possess the truth.’
